The sports auditorium echoed with the joyful shouts and excited laughter of the 2000 children as they waited anxiously in the bleachers. The emcee gave the word and groups of children came pouring down by turn. They were ready to start having fun in the many different canopies that had been set up.
These children had come from schools all over Ensenada to take part in the entertaining activities which were hosted by the DIF of Ensenada for Dia del Nino. Activated Baja had been called upon to participate by bringing our "Puppets with Values" show.
In the midst of cotton candy, cupcakes, popcorn, face painting, games, prizes, dancing Disney characters and more…Activated Baja put on an entertaining performance with the thrilling adventure of “The Boy Who Cried Wolf”. The unique program was loved by the many different audiences for whom it was performed. Each group of children sat excitedly on the edge of their seats from the beginning to the end of the show, and participated when called upon. Even the teachers watched attentively from the sidelines. We were very happy to give the children a lesson to carry home with them on their special day. A representative from the DIF expressed their gratefulness to us for our participation. We will look forward to collaborating with them in their future events.
