Christmas Party in Diepsloot

We joined Abram, one of our volunters, for his simple Christmas celebration held at his crèche in Diepsloot, a township in North West Johannesburg. A number of the youth that he has ministered to and faithfully taught over the years, and some of their parents, were present. They shared testimonies of all that the Lord had done for them or some of the life lessons that they had learned throughout the year. They quoted some of their memory work and exchanged simple gifts that expressed their appreciation for each other. Thanks to Activated Ministries we were able to also give each a Steps booklet containing stories, art pages and activities that help build a solid foundation for their faith. The stationary gift each received were also very welcome.
