100 families helped in Maranguaqe, Brazil

The partnership of Association CEEU with Activated Ministries has brought wonderful results in the city of Maranguape, in the State of the Ceará, Brazil. Our social assistance to one hundred families who live on the peripheries of the city been greatly aided by the sponsorship of Activated Ministries.

Our most recent focus has been to provide hygienic facilities for each house. As many families still do not have bathrooms in their little houses, we decided to pray together and to ask God to supply this urgent necessity. That very same week we received a phone call from a hotel manager who receives Bible classes from us weekly. She said that the hotel where she works was making renovations and that they would have more than 50 toilets in perfect shape for us. It was a tremendous answer to the prayers of many families and ours as well!

In our missions to aid these needy families, we are always looking to supplement the material aid that we obtain for them with the moral support and the spiritual food that is found through reading the Word of God. To this end, Activated Ministries sponsored hundreds of books for adults and children, along with DVDs and Activated magazines for the one hundred families to whom we minister. We distributed these wonderful resources at an event where many of these dear families thanked us over and over for sharing God’s word with them.
