Dear Activated Ministries,

I am writing to thank you for the award of the IROS scholarship. I am so grateful to be a recipient of this financial help toward my social work degree. It will be a welcome addition to the bills for the spring semester here at Baylor, and a real answer to my prayers! I actually cried a little when I received the news that I was one of the recipients…probably because I was so touched at the acknowledgement of the missionary work that I and my parents have done that this scholarship represents.

God bless you and your work of ministering to those who minister! I want to assure you that your scholarship will be “paid forward” in the form of social work when I graduate.
