Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy

Payment and Shipping Policies

Payment Terms:  
An order is not binding until it is accepted. Unless other arrangements have been made, Activated Ministries must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment.
 
Order to Shipment turnaround time:
If the items you order are in-stock, your order will generally ship out within 1-2 business days after it is received.
 
Damaged Shipments / Missing Items:
Although we take special care to insure the accuracy of our shipments as well as the safe arrival of all orders, packing mistakes, shipping accidents and damage can occur. It isn’t always convenient, but the best time to inspect your order is when it arrives and before accepting delivery. If items have been damaged in transit or are missing, a note should be made on the packing slip. You can often tell immediately if a shipment has been opened or suffered damage. All domestic orders are sent insured, but we have a limited time to make a claim. So, if damage occurs during shipment, we will need your help filing a claim to recoup losses. PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY.
 
International Shipping:
For international orders, all customs and/or broker fees are your responsibility. The shipping option of Airmail and Surface mail do not include insurance and are sent at your own risk. If you require insurance please use Global Express mail.
 
Returns and Refunds Policy
 
Ideally, we would love it if you were always happy with your purchase, however, we understand that occasionally things need to be returned. We have done our best to come up with a fair and easy return policy. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us.
 
How to Return an Item:
 
In order to process your return, we will need you to do the following: 
 
1. First obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by calling (760) 745-1902 or e-mail orders@activatedministries. Activated Ministries can not accept returns without an RMA.  
 
2. Please write your RMA # on the outside of the box and on your receipt and include a copy of the receipt with your return. Please keep the original receipt for your records.
 
Please note that ALL mail-order returns must be shipped back to 1914 W. Mission Rd. Suite F, Escondido, CA 92029.
 
The Activated 30-day money-back guarantee (**Applies to Retail customers only)
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your Activated product you may return it within 30 days of purchase (less shipping charges where appropriate) for a full refund subject to the following conditions:
 
  • All products must be in “as new” condition.  
  • CDs, videos or other media items must be unopened, in their original packaging. 
  • Opened item(s) may be returned within 30 days for STORE CREDIT ONLY. 
  • Shipping charges to return the product are your responsibility. We do not accept COD shipments unless previously agreed to.
  • Upon the return of an item within the return policy, we will verify the condition of the item prior to issuing a refund, credit or exchange.
 
The Activated 90-day warranty
 
Any defective product will be replaced at absolutely no cost within 90 days from the original date of purchase. Please note that this warranty is meant to cover defects in workmanship and not accidental damage, tears, scratches on CDs which may result from your use of the product. 
 
Rating Products and Reviews:
 
We provide a product-rating feature that allows customers to rate the quality of the product. Our review system also allows for customers to leave written comments to further elaborate their experience with the product. All ratings and review comments are pre-screened by a moderator before posting to the site. The moderator may choose to disregard or eliminate comments that do not meet the guidelines. Guidelines include that all comments are truthful and non-offensive. Guidelines do not permit the posting of personal information or information for the purpose of personal gain.
 
Refunds
 
Refunds for returned merchandise are made in the form that the payment was made. If you paid by credit card, refund credit must be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase. If payment was made by cash or check, Activated Ministries will issue refund payment by check within 15 business days. 
 
Exceptions
 
Special orders or custom orders cannot be returned for a full refund. Special or custom orders are subject to restrictions and most are not returnable. 
 
In order to accept a return for a refund on a customized or special ordered item or product, we must have agreed on this in writing prior to you placing your order. Please contact our sales representative for questions along these lines.
